Do you handle drone permits in Ecuador?
Yes. Ecuador requires drone registration and in some locations prior authorization from DGAC (Dirección General de Aviación Civil). We handle all permitting for your shoot location within our standard coverage area. This is included in every package at no extra charge.
How does the 72-hour guarantee work?
The 72-hour clock starts from the moment the shoot is completed. If for any reason we miss the deadline, we provide a full $100 credit on your next package. Weather-related delays that prevent safe flying do not count against the guarantee — we will reschedule within 48 hours at no extra cost.
Can I use the footage for MLS listings, commercial ads, and resale?
Yes. All packages include full, irrevocable commercial usage rights. You may use the footage for MLS listings, your own website, social media, paid advertising, and client presentations. You may not resell raw footage to third parties, but finished deliverables are yours entirely.
What happens if the weather is bad on shoot day?
We monitor conditions and will contact you 24 hours before if weather looks problematic. Cloud forest weather can be unpredictable — we reschedule at no cost. We typically book early-morning slots when conditions are most favorable.
